All products are designed and tested in the field before being offered, then made carefully and fully tested before despatch. We continually try to source the best value products and components in order to pass on the best prices to our customers. Quality and standards
Most of the nest boxes are made in Cornwall by local craftsmen. All electronics are tested in-house. On rare occasions, during busy periods, we may resort to batch testing components because of the time constraints. Feel rest assured that our suppliers guarantee a high level of quality at all times.
Ethical Policy
We are committed to using materials with the lowest carbon footprint possible, sourcing locally where that is possible. All of the wood we use is either sustainably produced or recycled. Most of our suppliers or timber products are certified either by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council – registered trademark and the international standard for responsible timber and forest management) or PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification scheme – the Europe-wide system). Where we occasionally buy in and recycle off-cuts from industry, we will not buy from obvious problem sources. Delivery
We are constantly looking at different delivery methods so that we can offer our customers the best service for the best price. We like to be 100% transparent in our delivery pricing, making sure our customers know exactly what they are paying for. All delivery times and prices are for UK mainland only. If you are outside the UK mainland, please call us on (01736 756277).
Delivered to domestic or commercial address. Parcel needs to be signed for otherwise please leave instructions (leave with neighbour or in porch etc) in delivery instructions at the end of online order process (Step 4) otherwise a further cost may be incured. Please note that if you want more than one parcel delivered to the same address, the delivery is calculated on the total weight of the items, therefore passing discount on to our customers. Depending on what you order, the website will calculate the exact postage. But here are examples: *Uk mainland only. May be extra for Northern Island, Scottish Highlands and various other islands. Please call if not UK mainland.
Please note that this is a next working day delivery. If you order on Friday, the parcel will be delivered on Monday (or next day after bank holidays). If any doubt, please contact us on (01736) 756277.
Saturday or special delivery
If you would like a Saturday delivery or special delivery, please contact us on (01736) 756277 and we will arrange the best and cheapest option to suit your needs.
Royal mail
Delivered to domestic or commercial address. Delivery usually takes 1-5 days depending if sent by first class post, second class or parcel rate.
