Ideal inspection kit for all situations
The black and white inspection camera kit is extensive and will allow you to start surveying quickly and easily as possible.

 

The kit is portable, waterproof boxes that contain a high quality camera, reel, monitor, battery and other accessories. You can choose to run the whole system by mains electricity or rechargeable battery.


The camera
All kits come with a robust waterproof black and white camera. They are easy to screw and unscrew onto the cable. The camera has a flexible head, so it can be pointed into very tight and awkward places.

 

The cameras have to following features:

The camera can be placed in the smallest of cavities and positions. Just feed the fiber glass rod and push the camera to the desired position. You can twist it in order to get into the correct position. If you still need position the camera precisely, use a firm drain rod to move the camera head around. For chimneys, attach to a drain rod with velcro straps or cable ties and lift into position. You will be able to see a lot of a pipe with the 60°camera view. The quality and definition of the 420 line cameras are exceptional for most jobs. Use the controls on the monitor to adjust the infra-red lights for ideal footage.

 

The camera can be easily cleaned by rinsing in water. A good idea is to keep a rag handy so you can do this easily after every job.

The monitor

The kit comes with a small portable monitor. It allows you to lift the monitor into a handy position. The key features are:

The case
Each kit comes in a robust, waterproof case. The case is portable and easy to pull out the van and use it virtually any location.

The cable reel

The kit comes with standard 20m/66 feet of robust fiberglass optical cable wound onto a rotating stainless steel drum.  All you have to do is pull it out the case, connect the camera to the cable and plug into the lid of the box. The cable to virtually tangle free and easily dispensed by holding the handle and reeling off the cable. The cable is flexible, allowing you to access around tricky bends and corners. On the cable, there are markers to indicate depth of cable away from camera.

Installs in minutes

The kit is extremely easy to install in minutes. Unlike most systems today, this inspection kit can be carried around and used in some of the tightest spots. All you have to do is:
